H\u00f6sten \u00e4r h\u00e4r och \u00e4pplen h\u00e4nger mogna i tr\u00e4den. D\u00e5 \u00e4r det dags att ta hand om dem och varf\u00f6r inte g\u00f6ra Martino’s spicy hot chutney<\/strong>. Det g\u00e5r <\/span>utm\u00e4rkt<\/span><\/span> m\u00f6jligt att ha \u00e4pplen ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r den traditionella mango. Och jag gillar att ha lite extra chili f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 det riktigt \"hot\", men du best\u00e4mmer sj\u00e4lv hur stark din ska vara. Jag gillar stark chili. Men jag v\u00e5gade inte ta den \u201dmega, ultra heta chili som heter Carolina Reaper. <\/a>2, 200 200 SHU,\u00a0officially<\/em> v\u00e4rldens starkaste peppar. SHU \u00e4r ett s\u00e4tt att kvantifiera hur stark en chili \u00e4r genom att m\u00e4ta koncentrationen av capsaicinoider. Capsaicin \u00e4r kemikalien som \u00e4r ansvarig f\u00f6r den kryddiga k\u00e4nslan i en peppar. (den ligger till h\u00f6ger - den lilla r\u00f6da, v\u00e4rldens starkaste chili)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Och hur s\u00f6tma fr\u00e5n \u00e4pplet m\u00f6ter v\u00e4rmen fr\u00e5n chili och syra fr\u00e5n \u00e4ppelcidervin\u00e4ger.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
