Jag vill att degen ska vara mer sl\u00e4t och flytande - en l\u00f6s deg, s\u00e5 att s\u00e4ga. D\u00e5 blir det mycket l\u00e4ttare att platta ut degen i ugnsbrickan.<\/p>

Jag tills\u00e4tter ocks\u00e5 durum vete\u00a0https:\/\/sv.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Semolina<\/a>. Semolina \u00e4r ett grovt mj\u00f6l tillverkat av durumvete, en h\u00e5rd typ av vete.<\/p>

G\u00f6r degen dagen innan, men du kan baka den omedelbart efter att den har j\u00e4st i fyra timmar och vikts fyra g\u00e5nger.<\/p>

Recept p\u00e5 focaccia degen<\/h2>

1 upps\u00e4ttning grundrecept med surdeigsbr\u00f6d. - h\u00e4r finns receptet<\/a>(tills\u00e4tt 50 gram extra vatten.) (ers\u00e4tt hela vete mj\u00f6l med 100gr durumvete, \"semolina\")<\/p>

Recept p\u00e5 toppingen:<\/h2>

1 can of crushed tomatoes 400 gr or 3 dl, 12 olives of good quality.2 tablespoon capers. 2 tablespoon rosemary. 6 filet of anchovy\u2019s. \u00a0100 gr Parmesan cheese2 tablespoon of oliv oil. 2 garlic cloves. Salt & black pepper. A pinch of chili flakes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
